Course Overview
GAS FURNACE -NO HEAT
This course builds on basic furnace fundamentals. Participants will study gas heating fundamentals, operating components and safety controls, basic electric wiring, venting, gas pressure issues, use of combustion appliance testing equipment and basic trouble shooting techniques.

Course Curriculum
Troubleshooting Tips and Fault Codes Reviewed
Gathering information from the homeowner, and making observations of the installed system, which includes the furnace and all other attached accessories, is key to diagnosing problems that are affecting operational efficiency. In this course we will review troubleshooting methods, diagnostic tools, an introduction to different motors, gas supply system, fault codes, two stage furnace operation, and safety tips.
